Important Reminders
- Approval is up to the embassy. We prepare and submit your application, but the embassy or consulate makes the final decision.
- Your documents must be complete and accurate. Missing, unclear, or incorrect documents are a common cause of delays or denials, so please double-check before sending.
- The Embassy/Consulate may request a personal appearance or interview at any time. Clients must comply if required.
- Any additional documents requested by the Embassy/Consulate must be provided promptly to avoid delays or possible denial.
- Processing times are estimates. They can change with the season, holidays, and embassy workload. Please apply well ahead of your travel dates.
- Don’t book non-refundable flights or hotels yet. Wait for your visa approval first, unless you’re comfortable with the risk.
- Fees can change. The embassy sets and may update consular fees without notice.
- Our assistance fee is non-refundable once we begin processing, even if the visa is denied
- Check your passport. Make sure it is valid for the required period and has enough blank pages.
- Requirements vary by nationality and purpose of travel and may be updated at any time. We’ll send you a personalized checklist after reviewing your details.
